Environment 6

So yeah, another environment drawing with traditional media, for a ISA assignment.
This is the first background I didn't use any reference material, so it i completely made up by myself. Though it looks really bad, I'm actually somewhat happy with it. I had to enhance it slightly with PS to get the shading right, since my camera sucks and wouldn't get all the different greys right... Ah well.

Completely at the bottom you can see two hills completely filled with trees, to give an idea about the scale of this drawing. And all the way in the distance, on top of the rock seemingly coming from the sea, there is a tower. The trees are there only to show how amazingly giant that tower is. Wouldn't want to live there *grins*
I'm not too happy with the mountains overall, but I simply can't create better looking rock 'textures' yet... Sucks...

Made with grey pencils (4B, 2B, B, HB, H) on A3 paper. Took me about 3 hours.

PS: I think the drawing looks best at the size you'll come upon it.
